CENTRAL employs a very strict anti-spam policy for permission based EMAIL - SMS - VOICE, allowing customers who comply with permission guidelines to use our service. |
UNIFIED CENTRAL Policy
UNIFIED CENTRAL has a no tolerance spam policy. Any customer found to
be using the service for spam will be immediately terminated from use
of the product.
Our customer support actively monitors large import lists and emails going
to a large number of contacts.
Spam is unsolicited email also known as UCE (Unsolicited
Commercial Email). If you are sending email to those who have not requested
to receive it, you are in violation of our permission based EMAIL - SMS
- VOICE guidelines.
You may only send to preexisting business relationship.
If the recipient of your EMAIL - SMS - VOICE message has made a purchase,
requested information, responded to a questionnaire or a survey, or had
offline contact with you, and the recipient has been clearly and fully
notified of the collection and use of his email address or contact number
and has consented prior to such collection and use.
UNIFIED CENTRAL
is a permission-based email-marketing tool that follows the strictest
permission-based philosophies: Verification - UNIFIED CENTRAL automatically sends all of your new contacts an email confirming their interest in receiving EMAIL - SMS - VOICE messages from you. Additionally, if your contact changes his or her interests or choice to unsubscribe, UNIFIED CENTRAL automatically sends an email confirmation. Unsubscribe - Every email generated from UNIFIED CENTRAL contains an unsubscribe link which allows your contacts to opt-out of future emails and automatically updates your contact lists to avoid the chance of sending unwanted emails to visitors who have unsubscribed.
